Lunch for your team, a meeting or a company event: warm wraps and warm plates, a fresh alternative to the sandwich lunch. Tell us who is eating and we deliver. Free delivery in Ghent (9000) from €300. Below that €10, or you pick up at the shop. You pay afterwards by invoice, and one person can order for the whole room. Outside 9000 we send you a quote for the delivery.

05What does lunch catering cost per person?
Small €13, medium €16 or large €19 per person, 6% VAT included. The catering price is our menu price: no supplement and no service charge. 25 people at medium is €400 in total (€377.36 excluding VAT), delivered in Ghent, postcode 9000.
Do you deliver lunch to our office or meeting?
Yes, that is our corporate catering. We deliver up to 120 meals to companies in Ghent. Free delivery in Ghent (9000) from €300. Below that €10, or you pick up at Vlaanderenstraat 129, 9000 Gent; both on invoice, VAT included. For an address outside 9000 we send you a quote for the delivery.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. No account and no payment when you order. After the delivery we send one invoice from Fitchen Vlaanderenstraat BV, over Peppol where your organisation receives it, payable within 14 days. If your organisation works with a purchase order number, we print it on the invoice.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options, and what about allergies?
Four dishes are plant-based: Spicy Protein, Fitalian, Vegan Track and Fit Pack. All our Fitchonaise sauces are vegan. Vegetarian with cheese is possible too: build your own without protein, with feta, mozzarella or parmesan. Our chicken is free-range, organic and halal. The allergens of every dish are listed on the menu page; our kitchen works with all of them, so we cannot promise the absence of traces.
Is this a sandwich lunch?
No. We make warm wraps and warm plates with grilled chicken, pulled beef, salmon, tofu or vegan meat, in three sizes. It is a warm, fresh alternative to a sandwich lunch (broodjeslunch), packed per person and labelled with the name of the dish.
How do we order, and when?
Fill in the form on this page: one line per person, or only the number of people and the diets, and we compose a mix (medium size unless you say otherwise). Order the working day before, before 14:00. We deliver on weekdays between 11:30 and 14:00. We confirm by email with the total, normally the same working day. A confirmed order can still be changed until 30 minutes before it leaves our shop.
Can an AI assistant prepare the order for us?
Yes. Everything it needs is in fitchen.com/catering.md. It can prepare the whole order as a link; you check it and press Send.
